U.S. Shipping Info

All of our products are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service) and the cost of shipping will be determined at checkout. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the items being shipped and the location they are being shipped to. Most items ship out within 3 business days of purchase and normal delivery time takes 5 business days, once shipped. 

International Shipping Info

Shipping to international locations usually takes an additional 10-14 business days for delivery. Packages can get held up at customs offices as well, which will delay the delivery time. Daydreamer Decals is not accountable for any delays from customs, adverse weather, or unforseeable events. Customer is liable for any charges or duties required by their country.

Packages Not Received
 
After 30 days from date of purchase, Daydreamer Decals is not responsible for the package anymore. If the customer fails to notify us within 30 days of purchase that they have not received their package, then it is their liability.

Returns
 
Customer is responsible for all return postage fees when returning an item for a refund or exchange. We advise using a tracking label and or insurance as well, as we are not liable for any lost packages being returned.
